These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of TikTokRankSeo.com and to services purchased from TikTokRankSeo.

By placing an order through TikTokRankSeo.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any other policies or terms referred to during checkout.

1. About TikTokRankSeo

TikTokRankSeo provides TikTok SEO, analytics, discoverability, content strategy and growth intelligence services.

Depending on the service purchased, this may include analysis of customer-supplied TikTok analytics, strategic recommendations, SEO guidance, content opportunities, competitor insights and other report features described on the website.

TikTokRankSeo is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by TikTok.

2. Our Services

TikTokRankSeo services may be offered as:

• one-off report purchases; and
• recurring or subscription-based services where these are made available.

The price, features, report depth, service frequency and other entitlements applicable to your purchase are those displayed on TikTokRankSeo.com and at checkout at the time your order is placed.

Our currently available one-off report services may include Foundation, Growth and Authority plans.

A one-off report purchase is a single purchase and does not create a recurring subscription.

Where recurring or subscription services are offered, the applicable price, billing frequency, included services, renewal arrangements and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information and a valid email address.

Your order is subject to successful payment and acceptance.

After successful payment, you may be required to create or access a customer account so that you can complete your report intake and securely access your completed report or other purchased services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, a pricing or technical error, unlawful activity, or another legitimate reason preventing us from providing the service. Where appropriate, any payment due to be returned will be refunded.

4. Customer Account

Certain TikTokRankSeo services require a customer account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Completed reports and other order information may be made available through the secure customer account/order area.

You should contact us promptly if you believe somebody has obtained unauthorised access to your account.

5. Report Intake and TikTok Analytics

To prepare a report, you must provide the information requested during the TikTokRankSeo report intake process.

For services requiring TikTok Studio analytics, you may be required to provide the requested original analytics export ZIP files.

Where instructed, these files should be supplied in their original exported form and should not be extracted, renamed or modified before submission.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• the information you provide is accurate;
• uploaded files relate to the appropriate TikTok account;
• you have the right to provide the information and files to us; and
• uploaded material does not contain unlawful or malicious content.

We may be unable to begin or complete the service until all required and usable information has been received.

6. Report Preparation and Delivery

Once the required information and analytics have been successfully received and validated, TikTokRankSeo will prepare the service associated with your order.

For report services, completed reports will normally be delivered electronically through the secure customer order/account area.

We may also send an email informing you when your report is ready.

Any delivery timescale stated on the website is an estimate unless we expressly state that a particular deadline is guaranteed.

Delays caused by missing, incomplete, corrupted or unsuitable customer-supplied information do not count as processing time on our part.

7. Prices and Payment

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed.

Payment is required in accordance with the terms displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. TikTokRankSeo does not directly store complete payment-card details processed by those providers.

For a one-off service, the displayed payment is a single payment unless expressly stated otherwise.

For any future recurring service or subscription, the recurring price and billing frequency will be clearly disclosed before the customer agrees to purchase.

8. Recurring Plans and Subscriptions

Where TikTokRankSeo offers a recurring plan or subscription, the specific terms displayed for that plan at the time of purchase will form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Before purchasing a recurring service, customers will be informed of relevant information including its price, billing frequency and principal service features.

Recurring payments will only be taken where the customer has agreed to a recurring purchase.

Cancellation arrangements applicable to a subscription will be stated as part of the subscription offer and/or customer account facilities.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms but does not automatically create a right to a refund for services already supplied.

This section only applies where a recurring service has actually been made available and purchased.

9. Cancellation and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order, the stage reached in providing the service and your applicable statutory rights.

If we are unable to provide a purchased service for reasons attributable to TikTokRankSeo, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include completing the service, correcting the problem or issuing a refund where appropriate.

We do not exclude any refund, repair, repeat performance, price reduction or other remedy to which a customer is legally entitled.

11. Results and Performance

TikTokRankSeo reports provide analysis, intelligence and strategic recommendations.

TikTokRankSeo does not guarantee any particular:

• TikTok search position or ranking;
• number of views;
• number of followers;
• engagement level;
• traffic level;
• sales or revenue;
• viral performance; or
• other commercial result.

TikTok performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including content quality, implementation, audience behaviour, competition and changes made by TikTok.

Recommendations contained within a report should therefore be treated as strategic guidance rather than a guarantee of future performance.

12. TikTok and Other Third Parties

TikTokRankSeo does not control TikTok or other third-party services.

Third-party platforms may change their algorithms, search systems, analytics, policies, functionality, interfaces or availability at any time.

TikTokRankSeo is not responsible for losses arising solely from changes, restrictions, outages or decisions made by a third-party platform that are outside our reasonable control.

References to TikTok and other third-party names or trademarks are for identification and descriptive purposes.

13. Intellectual Property

The TikTokRankSeo website, branding, report methodology, report structure, written materials and other original TikTokRankSeo content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Purchasing a report gives the customer the right to use that delivered report for their own personal or internal business purposes.

Unless we give written permission, a TikTokRankSeo report may not be:

• resold as a report or service;
• commercially redistributed;
• republished as another person’s or company’s product;
• copied substantially for resale; or
• used to reproduce or commercially exploit TikTokRankSeo’s report system or methodology.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of TikTokRankSeo intellectual property to the customer.

14. Customer Responsibilities

You remain responsible for your TikTok account, content, business decisions and implementation of recommendations.

You must not attempt to interfere with the website, customer accounts, private report storage, payment systems or other technical systems used to provide the service.

15. Privacy and Customer Data

If you purchase as a consumer, these terms do not affect legal protections that apply to you.

18. Changes to Services

We may improve, update or change TikTokRankSeo services, plans and pricing.

Changes to future services or prices will not retrospectively change the price already paid for a completed one-off order.

For recurring services, material changes affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to that subscription and applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example because of changes to our services, technology or legal requirements.

The terms applicable to an individual order will normally be those in effect when that order was placed, except where a change is required by law.
